Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to a processing time of up to 72 hours (3 business days). Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Once processed, orders will be shipped using our standard shipping method. The estimated delivery time is 9–15 business days, depending on the destination and external factors beyond our control.

• Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or high demand periods.
